Ordering on the Knotting Hill Website

1. Click on the tab "Buy Online" from the top menu
2. Choose from either the "Whites" or "Reds" catagory
   (Please keep in mind you can navigate back to either catagory by clicking on the "Shop Wines" left hand side of page).
3. Choose a wine from the selected range to find out more detailed information.
4. Once you have decided on which wine to purchase, choose the quantity from the drop down manu by clicking on the quantity arrow.
5. Choose the quantity required and click the add to cart button.
   (notes: pressing the add to cart button more then once will duplicate order quantities. Minimum order quantities for delivery are 12 bottles/1 carton. This can be made up of one or more varieties).
6. Scroll to the top of the screen to view your shopping basket and press the button show cart.
   (Alternatively press the arrow back or "Shop Wines" to continue shopping).
7. Your shopping basket will show the wines and quantities ordered. You can update or delete quantities and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
8. Once you are happy with your order click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
9. For returning customers with previously created accounts please log in using your username & password.
   (you can retrieve previously created details by pressing on "forgot username" or "lost password")
10. For new customers or those without accounts please click on the option "New?Provide billing information" and fill in your details as required.
    (fields with an asterix (*) are required for activation).
11. New customers are required to read the "Terms of Service" and press the send registration button prior to continuing.
12. The checkout process is now displayed with step 1 showing your details.
    (please check that the information is correct and click next).
13. Step 2 & 3of the checkout process displays the shipping method.
    (Knotting Hill uses Aust Post for all shipping. Please click next
14. Step 4 of the checkout process reviews all the information provided.
    (Step 4 also provides all shipping costs and provides a box for you to inform us of any delivery instructions. Please note if you are not home when your wine is delivered, Aust Post will leave you a card providing details of closest Aust Post office for pick up).
15. If you are happy with everything provided press "Order Now"
16. You will now be directed to The Knotting Hill Paypal site to complete you order.
17. If you are an existing member of Paypal please enter your username and password to finalise your payment.
18. If you are not a member of paypal please note that you do not have to join to pay for your wine. On the left hand side of the screen is an option"Don't have a Paypal account". This option provides you with the opportunity to pay by credit card without registering with Paypal. Please press "continue" on this option.
19. This screen asks for your credit card details and billing information. Please provide details and press "Review Order & Continue"
20. Review all your details and click "Pay Now"
21. You are done...congratulations on your order and Thank you. You will be updated by email on your order status.
